If you wish to make a return or an exchange, please contact Action Computer and Toner Supply'
customer service department within 30 days of receiving your product. When you call, please have your order number, company name, and
reason for returning the item. Pending approval from Action Computer and Toner Supply you will be authorized to return the item,
either for credit or exchange. Goods must be returned in original packaging for full credit, in resellable condition with a copy of the original order.
Customers are responsible for freight charges, except errors on the part of Action Computer and Toner Supply In such cases,
shipping will also be credited to your account. Exchanges are processed as new orders, replacement items will be shipping immediately, and
credit will be issued upon receipt of the original item. If a restocking fee is charged by our supplier, this charge will be included with the customer's new order.
You may return the following merchandise for credit:
- Defective or damaged goods.
- Goods damaged in transit (must be reported at the time of delivery).
- All Action Computer and Toner Supply shipping errors will be charged to our shipping account.
- All non-defective or damaged goods in unopened box and in resellable condition.
All refund requests must be made within 30 DAYS of receiving your order. After 30 days, we need to consult with our supplier(s) in
regards to the restocking fee and warranty information. If the product is manufactured by Action Computer and Toner Supply,
a refund will be given without any restocking fee based on the returnable items listed above.
